Brittany Horne is the proud owner of ALCA, with over 14 years of experience in childcare and a diverse background in the educational system, spanning both elementary and middle school. Her passion for nurturing young minds began when she ran an in-home childcare, and over time, she felt a calling to expand her impact. This led her to open a Christian school, where she could not only provide quality education but also instill Christian values in her students' lives. Brittany’s dedication to fostering a supportive, values-driven learning environment has made ALCA a place where children thrive both academically and spiritually.

"Ms. Solis is the Lead Childcare Provider for 6weeks-24 months and Social Media Marketing Coordinator at ALCA. As ALCA’s very first employee, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the school’s success from the very beginning. With many years of experience in childcare, Ms. Solis leads and supports the childcare team, assisting teachers with day-to-day matters and ensuring that each child receives the best care possible. In addition to her leadership role, she manages ALCA’s social media presence, helping to share the school’s mission and connect with the community. Her dedication to both the children and the staff at ALCA makes her an invaluable member of the team.
Deon Hopkins
Preschool Lead
Mr. Deon is the Preschool Lead for Early Pre-K, Pre-K, and Kinder Prep at ALCA. With an extensive background in education, he brings a wealth of experience to his role, having served as a homeschool teacher, tutor, and Boys & Girls Club director. His diverse experience has equipped him with the skills to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. Mr. Deon is passionate about early childhood education and is dedicated to fostering both academic and personal growth in every student. His leadership and commitment to helping children thrive make him an essential part of the ALCA team.

We require on-going training for our staff through state classes, orientation videos, in-house training, and other certified professionals in the education field. All of our staff is trained in First Aid and CPR.
